Terms of service

Last updated October 2026

These terms cover your use of Colorkin. By creating an account or buying a book, you agree to them.

What you get. Colorkin turns photos you upload into a custom coloring book: you upload 8–40 photos, we generate a printable line-art page from each one, and you choose a cover and page size (US Letter or A4). When you buy a book, you get a finished PDF, available to download for 30 days from your dashboard. Download and keep your own copy during that window — see our privacy policy for exactly when files are deleted after that.

Accounts. You sign in with an emailed link (and, where offered, a Google account) — no password to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, since that's how we verify it's you.

Your content. You keep ownership of every photo you upload. We only use it to generate the coloring pages and book you ordered — never for anything else, and never to train any model (see our privacy policy for the providers involved). You're responsible for having the right to upload each photo you use — don't upload photos you don't have permission to use, or of people who haven't consented to being in them.

Acceptable use. No unlawful, abusive, or exploitative content. Every photo you upload is automatically screened before processing; anything flagged is rejected and never reaches image generation, and an account that repeatedly uploads rejected content is locked. Don't try to break, overload, or abuse the service, and don't resell or redistribute books you didn't create yourself without our permission.

Payment. Each book is a one-time purchase, priced by how many photos it contains — see pricing. Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for every order: Paddle handles billing, tax, invoices, and your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. If you want a refund, see our refund policy.

Availability and changes. We provide Colorkin on an "as is" basis and may change, add, or remove features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to Colorkinis limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
